5 WAYS WITH CIABATTA




Avocado Toast
In a bowl mash up an avocado, spread over slightly warmed toasted ciabatta and top with chilli flakes and crushed black pepper.


Garlic Bread
Crush and chop a garlic clove roughly, mix with olive oil and then brush over the sliced ciabatta, finish off by placing under the grill to warm.


Roast Vegetables on Ciabatta
Preheat your oven to 180oC, chop up a selection of vegetables, I have used red onions, pepper, courgette and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes and simply top your bread.


Scrambled Egg on Ciabatta
Whip up two eggs and scramble, either in the microwave or on the hob. Top your bread with the eggs and serve with crushed black pepper and cherry tomatoes.


Meze-Inspired Bean Mix with Ciabatta
In a frying pan fry off some red onion with courgette, add some tinned chopped tomatoes and white beans and cook till softened. Serve with butted ciabatta.

Ciabatta is such a versatile bread, I hope I have inspired you to use it in some different ways.
